Why the Price of New Solar Electricity Fell an Incredible 89% in the Last Decade
Solar manufacturing and and installation is still on a cost learning curve and has zero fuel related operating costs... basically we just need some sort of real energy storage that doesn't involve strip mining lithium and about 4x the grid infrastructure and we'll be good to go. No big deal. -B
Stairway to Not Safety - Vertigo Warning!
You've got to watch this first video which will give you the heebie jeebies if you are anything like me. And then to palate cleanse read the article and watch the second video on how these things are supposed to be done... -B
One time my friend Kerry posted a picture on the ‘gram of her precariously balancing on a chair to reach the upper corner of a whiteboard, and one of her friends shipped her a stepladder with a note that basically just said “OSHA!!!” or something. And this summarizes my awareness and experience of that organization. - C
Gamestop
So probably everyone has heard something about Gamestop's stock drama in 2021. If you're still looking for a 'splainer here's a good one, along with a semi-related article about how you're getting screwed over if you are using Robinhood for trading. I see you've perfectly interpreted "Thanks" my young padawan. BR, B

Foul Language Warning
This hysterical tweet storm (that's a thing right?) walks through why it isn't always easy to make money when you know a company is doomed. Obtuse and ridiculous. I have an MBA and can barely comprehend the lingo here but don't worry you'll get the gist of it. -Brian

You didn't realize they all looked the same till now but from now on you'll see it everywhere. The ubiquitous 1+4 structure comes out of specific changes in the fire code plus the economics of real estate development. -Brian
